First you should Select Your Currency of choice. You can select from Canadian dollars or US dollars from the currency selection box on the top right column in any page.
You can then start shopping by selecting an item from the "categories/products menu" box on the upper left of this page. We have organized our products to allow for logical order of classification. However, if you would like to see all the products listed on one page from a single manufacturer, choose the manufacturer of interest in the "Manufacturers" box on the left side of the page. New products and suppliers are being added all the time.
You can then select to get detailed information on the specific product of your choice or select "Buy Now" to add it to your "Shopping Cart".
Then continue shopping for other products. Within the "Cart" page, you can add or subtract products to get the order just right. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the "Checkout" where options for "Shipping" will be listed. The shipping quotes are real time rates generated by the shippers themselves based on your order or pre-calculated rates set in this store. Carefully select the rate and delivery time combination that suits your needs. Note: Try to select bundles of products in order to reduce shipping charges for separate items. We will usually bundle items together that in total weigh less that 55 lbs. You may enter an address that is different from your billing address if that option is required.
You may now select your "Method of Payment" from the listed choices. Most credit card transactions are handled through the InternetSecureTM module.


If you choose "PayPal", you have the ability to pay directly from a "bank account" (business or personal) or use any "major credit card".
If you decide to make your purchase by "certified cheque" or "money order", you may want to courier the payment to us so we can ship your order without delay.
Major Corporate Customers "Johnson Group Online does not set up accounts for customers and send invoices each month. We rely on timely and efficient cash flow to keep our prices at the lowest levels for all our customers. However, large corporate or agency related firms can apply to set up a "Major Customer (Purchase Order) Account" to pay with non-certified corporate cheques and regular billing." Look for the application form in the Company Information Box in the left margin.
If you feel you need to make a Phone or Fax Order, you can do so once you have created an account through this online store. This allows for remote orders for customers who cannot access the internet for whatever reason.
Once you "Confirm Your Order", you can print the details or review your order history in your own password protected account window. Your entire account history can be viewed in your "Secure Account Window".
