Water or solvent based solution of sodium methyl siliconate provides water repellency for brick, concrete, stucco, and block.  Designed to prevent water penetration yet allow the face to remain breathable.  Product finish is invisible
and paintable. Water repellency can 
last up to 9 years.    Application to underpass walls.

This product will prevent that "rain soaked" look of buildings, and help prevent freeze thaw damage we commonly see.  It penetrates, crystallizes and becomes part of the material.
