WHAT IS BLUE SEAL?
Blue Seal is a technologically advanced, elastomeric, water based,
one-step liquid applied, rubber membrane designed to stop water & air

penetration. Blue Seal provides an easy to install, cost effective
waterproof solution. It cures to a seamless, impermeable,
non-deteriorating flexible rubber membrane that seals out moisture,
Radon gases, algae, mold, fungus and insects. Blue Seal has excellent
surface adhesion, bridges cracks, waterproofs and seals surfaces
completely. No waiting for concrete to cure, no priming required,
easy to use and easy to apply using a brush, towel or spray.
WHERE TO USE BLUE SEAL
Foundations
Blue Seal is formulated for maximum
waterproof protection for I.C.F., concrete & PWF foundations. Blue
Seal is suitable for both new construction and restoration. Typical
applications include sloped and vertical, above or below grade
surfaces such as new and existing foundation walls, concrete (poured
& block), wood, and polystyrene insulation.
Flooring
Blue Seal for flooring is specially
designed to provide waterproofing for residential and commercial
flooring applications such as bathrooms, kitchens and basements,
where floor surfaces may come into contact with moisture and water.
Blue Seal can be used on concrete, cement backer board, wood,
exterior grade plywood, parking decks and many other common
substrates.

Water or solvent based solution of sodium methyl siliconate provides water repellency for

the face to remain breathable. Product finish is invisible
and paintable. Water
repellency can
last up to 9 years.

soaked" look of buildings, and help prevent freeze
