Royston Flex-Flow Expansion Joint

Easy , Fast and Inexpensive way to
Repair or Replace Bridge Expansion Joints
Expansion joints are a critical area, especially on bridges,
and a headache for both the bridge owner and the contractors. The
Flex-Flow system as an ideal answer all the
requirements needed in this application, at a lower cost than silicones.
Application is easy, and inexpensive with no priming step required.
Moreover this system has excellent elongation over a wide range of temperatures,
with a complete elastic return. Contrary to silicones, polyurethane is
well known to provide good abrasion resistance, a better tear strength as well
as a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, hence inducing less stress on the
substrate during thermal cycling.

"Flex-Flo Adhesive Sealant
black, two-component, primerless, solventless adhesive/sealant which cures over
a wide temperature range to a tough, adherent rubber. Cured Royston 200 forms a
tenacious bond to metals, woods, masonry, plastics and elastomers without the
use of primer. While optimum adhesion is obtained under clean, dry conditions,
Royston 200 is "forgiving" and has proved reliable under very adverse
application and performance conditions.
