This service can provide you with an independent third party review of proposals submitted by other contractors on your project.  We will work for your best interests in filtering out common and not so common mistakes.  No need to "hope" you made the right choice for repairs on projects you may not be fully familiar with.

Basic Rates for Consultations

Hourly
 		 $100.00/ hr
travel expenses to and from are accounted for by the hourly rate.
(i.e. 45 minutes there
+ 45 minutes back = 1.5 hrs billing time)

plus hotel accommodations,
if applicable

minimum chargeable rate
 		 $250.00

add taxes applicable
 		 GST 7%
Payable by Cash, cheque or Credit Card through PayPal or money order.
