CPD® Superplug is a fast setting, hydraulic cement based plug for sealing joints and cracks in masonry and concrete. This product sets up in 3 minutes and can be used to patch pressure active leaks.

Concrete substrate must be clean and sound. Cracks should be roughened and chiseled out to a depth and width of at least ¾” (19mm). V-Shaped cuts should be avoided. Chisel cracks to a dovetail shape.

Because of this product’s rapid hardening properties, small amounts of CPD® Superplug should be mixed and utilized at any one time. Add a sufficient quantity of water to a small amount of CPD® Superplug in order to produce a thick putty consistency.

Knead this mixture into a ball and then force it into the crack using a trowel or hand pressure. For pressure active leaks, the grout must be rammed into the crack and held there under pressure for several minutes until solidification has taken place. This product will set quickly even if cold mixing water is used and the surrounding temperature is cool. Do not mix/knead for more than 2 minutes.

Wash hands after using. The use of rubber gloves and eye goggles is recommended when mixing and placing.

May be stored anywhere under a tarp as long as the product is kept dry.
