Injection Grouting
Starter Kit

This is the setup the professionals use for every day crack injection grouting for the most common types of cracks and leaks. We have used this setup for years to grout 98% of our projects.

Easily injects all day long at pressures up to 3000 psi (you will likely only need 200 psi -1800 psi). We usually use two Titan systems; one for acid  and one for grout. The pump system must be flushed out completely to be free of all water before you can inject with the polyurethane grout. Our epoxy resins can also be run through this setup with excellent results in structural bonding of cracks. This system will also inject the thixotropic gel for injection into wide cracks.

We provide you with 1000  3/8" Hammer-in Plastic injection packers. Our crews have used 10's of thousands of these excellent little ports. From sewage treatment plants, tunnels and basement walls, these packers will handle all the pressure you will ever need on 99% of the projects you are likely to inject.

Here's a tip from the crew: Coat your packers in some urethane prior to insertion into the clean drill hole. The urethane will glue the port into the wall, providing a 100% seal.

Johnson Group Online has set this system up with the Leak-Proof FLEX-LV hydrophobic polyurethane chemical grout because of its ease of use as a leakage abatement material (activator required). You can add any type of urethane you wish to your order, giving you even more selection on the job site.

This package comes complete with:

• 1 modified Titan 400 Injection Pump System
  with 50 foot hose, 3000 psi pressure gauge,
  3 foot whip, 2 hydraulic couplers, 1 large 3 gal
  high quality tapered hopper. 
• 5 gal of Leak-Proof FLEX-LV hydrophobic
  polyurethane chemical grout plus Activator.
• 2 gal of Leak-Proof PUMP CLEANER pump flush cleaner.
• 1000  3/8" Hammer-In Plastic Packers
• 1 SDS Plus 12"x3/8" drill bit.
• 1 SDS Plus 18"x3/8" drill bit.

This kit will give you every thing you need to get started. It will usually inject about 125 lineal feet of regular shrinkage cracks in 8" concrete walls. Get more urethane if you will need this system for a bigger job. You won't be left with a missing component or not enough product. We have built this kit to be a complete injection system for the average injection professional ready to get into the business or perhaps a large contracting firm with lots of cracks in a new concrete building. What ever your need, this package will meet the challenge.

Remember, you will need to first acid flush (optional) and water flush (recommended) just prior to injection the polyurethane. If you need more polyurethane, please order them separately.

Note: Any local hydraulic shop can make up sections of 10' hose which you can use for jobs not requiring 50' of line. You can also then link the 10' hoses together to get the right length for each job and minimize waste.
