WHERE TO USE
Suitable for use on steel forms in pipe casting and precast plants, plywood, timber and plastic faced forms and molds.
BENEFITS
- Ready-to-use (do not dilute)
- Non-toxic and therefore can be used in potable water reservoir construction.
- Will not discolor or stain concrete
- Odorless
- Very effective on steel forms
APPLICATION
Forms must be clean, dry and free from cement residue, rust, scale, etc. Brush or spray on a thin coating avoiding excessive build-up, runs or puddles as an excess of material may surface retard the concrete. Initially apply before the first casting and thereafter re-apply as required.
Note: New timber and plywood may completely absorb the first coat requiring a second application.
LIMITATIONS
- Not for lift or tilt-up construction
- Not recommended for use in auto claves
COVERAGE
Coverage rate may vary depending on the texture and absorption rate of the forms:
