Warranty: Diamond Systems Inc. warrants their products to be free from manufacturing defects. Subject to prior approval, Diamond Systems Inc. will repair or replace any of its products returned under warranty prepaid to any of its branches or Head Office, providing a minimum of 50% usable life remains.

Diamond Systems Inc. has no direct control as to the end use of its products and cannot be held responsible for mis-use or mis-application. In no event shall Diamond Systems Inc. be liable for consequential damages arising out of failure of any product.
