CPD® Floor Hardener Pre-Mix (Premium) is a factory blend of Portland cement and non-metallic floor hardener, and is ready to use. Plasticizers and dispersants are incorporated into the mix to ensure ease of placement. This hardener provides a high strength, hard wearing surface for industrial and commercial applications. Applications include processing plants, water and recycling plants, warehouses, distribution facilities and suitable in areas exposed to abrasive and light to medium traffic. BENEFITS - Pre-mixed and ready to use

When the concrete has reached initial set and no free standing water is present on the surface. Float first then broadcast the hardener in two shakes. The first shake should be applied in one direction and power floated immediately. The second shake should be applied in the opposite direction and power floated immediately. A third power float may be needed for compaction. Protect floors from rain, wind and sunlight during the finishing operation. Note: No admixture should be used in concrete base slabs without the written consent of the specifier. If more than 3% air is present, consult a CPD® Representative. CURING
As soon as the final troweling is completed, and the surface is not subject to damage by application of equipment, apply a curing compound such as CPD® Acrylic Cure and Seal or CPD® Chlorinated Rubber Cure and Seal depending upon final usage of the floor. LIMITATIONS
CPD® Floor Hardener Pre-Mix (Premium) is not intended for use in areas where exposure to oxidizing, mineral and organic acids are present. COVERAGE

May be stored short term anywhere under a tarp on pallets as long as the product is kept dry. Dry heated warehouse storage is recommended for extended storage. SHELF LIFE
