AquaFLEX-LV (Low Viscosity) forms a tough "Flexible" sealing membrane in the joint or crack with superior adhesion to damp or wet concrete. AquaFLEX-LV is a one component hydrophobic MDI based 100% solids polyurethane resin that is water reactive. Designed for joints and cracks in concrete structures. It sticks very well to concrete surfaces. AquaFLEX-LV will travel nicely into very tight cracks at between 200 - 1500 psi because of its' low viscosity.

When AquaFLEX-LV comes in contact with water it quickly expands and then depending on temperature and the amount of activator used (AquaFLEX-ACT), cures to a closed cell polyurethane foam. The onsite technician can adjust the dosage of AquaFLEX-ACT to attain the desired reaction time and size of the grout. The cured material has excellent cut/tear resistance, high elongation and is virtually unaffected by corrosive environments.
