Partial Abstract

AquaFLEX-SF forms a tough "Semi Flexible" sealing membrane in the joint or crack with the most superior adhesion to damp or wet concrete. AquaFLEX-SF is a one component hydrophobic MDI based 100% solids polyurethane resin that is water reactive. There are no fillers in this product. Designed for joints and cracks in concrete structures. It sticks tenaciously to concrete surfaces. AquaFLEX-SF will travel nicely into the usually very tight bottom 24" of a foundation wall crack at between 800 - 1500 psi because of its' low viscosity.

When AquaFLEX-SF comes in contact with water it quickly expands and then depending on temperature and the amount of required activator used (AquaFLEX-ACT), cures to a closed cell polyurethane foam. The onsite technician can adjust the dosage of AquaFLEX-ACT to attain the desired reaction time and size of the grout.

This product does not have unpleasant odours which may cause problems in commercial and residential applications.

The cured material has excellent cut/tear resistance, high elongation and is
virtually unaffected by corrosive environments.

ATTENTION: This product requires an Activator called AquaFLEX-ACT.
It is ordered separately. The activator is mixed into the grout just prior to use.
