"Pea Rock" Hydra-Jak

The versatile Airplaco Model HJ-18 is the ultimate machine for Pressure Grouting/Slab-Jacking applications, Low Volume Pea-Rock (-3/8 inch) Concrete Pumping and Low Volume Pumping/Spraying of Grout or Stucco type mixes.

Powered by a standard 15 HP gasoline engine, the HJ-18 incorporates a Low Maintenance Hydraulic Drive Train providing the operator fingertip control adjustments of the line pressure and production rate along with an optional remote control system for nozzleman on/off control of material discharge from the Dual 3” Cylinder and Ball-Check Manifold. To further enhance the HJ-18’s onsite capabilities, an efficient Hydraulic Powered Trans-Axle System has been added to provide self-propelled movement of pump on even the toughest jobsite conditions.

For “Pressure Grouting/Mud-Jacking” add one of our Slabadapter/Packer Nozzles or Grout Points to raise slabs, under-seal highway pavement, fill voids and a variety of other grouting jobs...

For “Grout/Stucco Spraying” add our Variable-Orifice Spray Nozzle and auxiliary 12 c.f.m. air compressor for various low volume spraying for restoration and new construction applications.
