DESCRIPTION CPD ® Colored Floor Hardener (Pre-Mix) is a ready to use factory blend of Portland cement and non metallic oxide pigments. Plasticizers and dispersants are incorporated into the mix to ensure ease of placement. It provides a high strength, hard wearing surface for industrial and commercial applications. WHERE TO USE Typical areas of use include service areas, parking garages, convention centers, commercial stores and skating rinks.

APPLICATION Surface Hardener - As soon as the concrete has reached initial set and no free water is present on the surface, pass the float before applying the hardener. Broadcast the first shake of CPD® Colored Floor Hardener (Pre-Mix) as evenly as possible in one direction. The first shake should be power floated immediately. Apply the second shake as evenly as possible in the other direction and power float immediately. Protect floors from rain, wind and sunlight during the finishing operation.
CURING As soon as the final troweling is completed, and the surface is not subject to damage by application of equipment, apply CPD® Chlorinated Rubber Cure and Seal (Colored). LIMITATIONS Not intended for use:
In areas exposed to oxidizing, mineral and organic acid. Applications on concrete containing more than 3% entrained air or on slabs containing fly ash in the concrete mix, contact your CPD® Technical Representative. Protect floors from rain, direct wind and sunlight. COVERAGE Total application should be no less than: Light Duty 4.7 kg/m² (100 lbs./100ft²) Heavy Duty 7.5 kg/m² (165 lbs./100ft²)

PACKAGING 25 kg (55 lbs.) multi wall bags. Protect from moisture and store in protected area.
STORAGE May be stored short term anywhere under a tarp on pallets and as long as the product is kept dry. Dry heated warehouse storage is recommended for extended storage.
SHELF LIFE One year from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened package and under normal warehouse conditions.
