DESCRIPTION CPD® Chemical Form Release Agent (Concentrate) is a blend of complex fatty acids that chemically react with the free lime in concrete to neutralize bond at the form interface. This product is supplied as a concentrate and must be blended with furnace oil or diesel fuel before use. WHERE TO USE The mixed product can be used for application to plywood, timber, steel, plastic faced form work and rough sawn timber form work where a grained effect is required.

Mixing Instructions: Add 9.0L (2.4 U.S. gal) of concentrate to 200L (52.6 U.S.gal) of furnace oil or diesel fuel to make 209L (55 U.S. gal) of chemical form release agent. After the addition, mix thoroughly until uniform. DO NOT use stove oil for this product.
LIMITATIONS
Not for tilt up construction Concentrate must not be allowed to freeze Field additions are subject to error. Care must be taken to assure the correct amount of furnace oil or diesel fuel is added. COVERAGE Once mixed, the form release agent made from concentrate (as per instructions) will have the following coverages:
Wood and plywood forms: 12-20 m²/L (490-800 ft²/ U.S. gal)
Metal and plastic forms: 20-25 m²/L (800-1000 ft²/ U.S. gal)
PACKAGING 208L (55 U.S. gal) drums - 220 kg. (485 lbs.) 18.9L pails (5 U.S. gallon) - 19 kg. (42 lbs.)
CLEAN UP All equipment can be cleaned with mineral spirits.
STORAGE Store in a heated dry warehouse. Do not freeze. Avoid any contamination of product by water.
SHELF LIFE Two years from the date of manufacture in original, unopened container when stored under normal warehouse conditions.
