DESCRIPTION CPD ® Acrylic Cure & Seal Water Based is a water based acrylic curing, sealing, and dustproofing compound for concrete. WHERE TO USE This product can be used on horizontal or vertical concrete surfaces (interior or exterior), commercial, industrial or residential structures, formed walls and stairwells, foundations and basements. It can also be used to seal and dustproof older concrete surfaces in occupied buildings.

APPLICATION
Do not dilute. Apply by low pressure hand or power spray or short nap roller. When spraying, hold spray tip 5-20 cm (6-8") from the concrete surface. Apply uniformly, leaving no pinholes or gaps and avoid over applying or puddles. Apply product after all surface water has dissipated and when application will not mar the surface. An optional second coat should be applied at right angles to the first coat. Formed concrete walls: if walls are not to receive further treatment, apply immediately after stripping forms or following rubbing operation.
Older Concrete Walls: clean thoroughly with an appropriate Sure Klean ® cleaner prior to application. LIMITATIONS
• normally dries in 1 hour at 21°C (70°F). Lower temperatures or high relative humidity may slow the drying process
• do not apply if surface or ambient temperature is below 4°C (40°F). Surface should be conditioned to 10°C (50°F) prior to application.
• do not store in a place where the product will freeze
• do not apply in areas of high relative humidity
• do not use as a bond breaker
• do not use on surfaces that are to receive concrete overlays or other such toppings.
• do not use in areas which may be exposed to organic solvents (xylene, toluene, lacquer thinner, etc.)
• gasoline, hydraulic fluids, peanut oil and other cooking oils affect the product if not removed quickly
COVERAGE
For optimum performance when sealing and dustproofing concrete floors, two coats are recommended. Curing concrete 5m²/L (200 ft²/U.S. gallon) Sealing and dustproofing 7m²/L (280 ft² /U.S. gallon) per coat.

CLEAN UP
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with warm water and detergent (before sealer dries).
STORAGE
Store in tightly closed containers in a warm area. Protect from freezing.
SHELF LIFE
One year from date of manufacture if stored in original container under normal heated warehouse conditions.
