Basement Window Retrofit & Repair


We can perform the following
 services for you.

Removal and close-up the opening of existing basement windows using block or poured concrete.
Owner requested removal of basement window and block up the opening to prevent futher leakage into window.

Remove and replace window wells with drainage to the weeping tile via a new vertical drain pipe.
Existing being changed out for upgrade including cover.

Install a new window in an new opening cut out by us.

Install a new basement entrance system or repair an existing damaged one.

This project involved a complete structural reinforcing of the existing block walls due to it being pushed in and cracking.
Steel reinforcing bars, and galvanized steel braces (bottom of wall due to original construction method) were used in conjunction with high strength cement grout to fill the walls solid.

The entire structure was then re-parged to make it look nice.
