Semi-flexible Water Cut-off Grout
Description:
AQUAFLEX S.F. is specially designed for sealing leaking cracks and joints in
concrete structures (elongation 170%). It is a one component low viscosity
(mixed @ 5%, 205 cps @ 25oC) hydrophobic polyurethane resin that is water
reactive. When AQUAFLEX S.F. comes in contact with water it rapidly expands
depending on temperature and amount of accelerator
used (1% - 5%
max).

Two
Component Polyurethane Injection Resin
Description:
AQUALASTIC is specially designed for sealing dry cracks and joints in concrete
structures where movement is anticipated. This is a two component (4:1 ratio)
polyurethane resin with a low viscosity (mixed 220 cps) that can be used for injection
into very fine cracks, or can be poured into joints or cracks to form a flexible, puncture
resistant seal. The cured material has outstanding low temperature flexibility (Bell
Brittle Point -55oC), superior abrasion resistance, high elongation
(460%) and excellent adhesive properties.

DESCALIR
|
DESCALIR is an environmentally
sensitive, calcium, scale, rust, and lime remover ideally suited for
flushing out cracks prior to the injection of polyurethane or epoxy
resins. DESCALIR is rapidly biodegradable and non-ozone
depleting, and does not present the health and safety concerns associated
with mineral acid based products. DESCALIR can be diluted
with up to 3 parts water. Can also be used as a concrete cleaner and
etcher.

Note: We pressure-washed this wall clean after injection. This was
accomplished by the use of our special
release agent which prevents
resins from sticking to the concrete surface during the run down of
excess material.

High pressure injection
ports
are great for both
epoxy and polyurethane injection capable of holding pressures of 3000
psi. The 5/8" packer also holds in weak, deteriorated
concrete. These packers are proven to be the best in the market.
No injection kit should be without a couple dozen of these babies.

Used to seal
the crack surface prior to injection with Inject LVI 300

Injection epoxy with a low viscosity (300 cps) to completely re-bond cracked structures. This
product is available in SLOW SET (SS) formulation which allows for a
vastly extended pot life, enabling the use of single component injection
pumps.
INJECT HV
1000
Injection epoxy (2:1 mix) with a
higher viscosity (1000 cps), for bonding wide cracks.
Can also be mixed with aggregate to make a high strength epoxy repair
mortar to set anchor bolts, dowels, or rebar into concrete.

wide cracks.
