Good Afternoon Everybody

My friend....( hahahaha ) is doing a job for a little old lady down his street. Apparently, the foundation wall and waterproofing system is 12" above the finished grade. Why?? I am not sure, It may be because of a grading issue, or a laterally supported foundation wall issue, not sure. Anyways, the delta system is on a blue waterproofing spray application, and him and his father have peeled the delta system down to about 4" above grade. Now the blue waterproofing membrane is exposed. I informed him that he should leave the waterproofing membrane intact. Can he paint over the membrane?? If so, what kind of paint should be applied??

Thank you all so very much for both your time and patience in this matter.

The Delta and Blue Seal must be protected from Ultra Violet rays.  Delta stats no more than 4 weeks exposure.  The Blue seal can and should be painted with Latex paint.
